About Us

The Point Grey Bluebirds are the UBC Junior Varsity Women's field hockey team. They are a competitive team that plays within the Vancouver WomenÔÇÖs Field Hockey League. They run two practices a week and play over 18 games a season, which runs from September to March. The current team is made up of 20 dedicated students attending UBC. This team offers a high level of competition to students who wish to continue playing in university, but cannot commit to a rigorous training schedule. They recently were league champions for the 2019-2020 season.
