Kin Camp 2020 is a five-day online experience that welcomes new students (first years and transfers) to the UBC KIN family from the comforts of their own homes. Due to COVID-19, the format of this event has been modified to allow all incoming UBC Kinesiology students to participate, no matter where you are in the world. Through this online experience, we hope to establish a sense of belonging among new KINners and foster opportunities for students to form lifelong friendships.
From September 14-18, compete in daily group challenges for the chance to win UBC KIN merchandise and other exciting prizes! Each dayÔÇÖs events are focused on a different theme, including academics, social life, and KINvolvement. YouÔÇÖll be grouped in colour teams with other new KINners, and your team leaders will guide you through a week of fun team building activities while becoming your first set of new best friends. Discover what it means to be a KIN student and have an epic start to your time at UBC!
KIN Camp is a Kinesiology Undergraduate Society (KUS) sponsored event. To learn more about the KUS, visit our social media platforms or our website.
