Ascend Leadership at UBC is a non-profit organization that is focused on enhancing the presence, visibility and influence of leadership diversity in the corporate workforce. It is our mandate to help develop the full potential of our members through providing career mentorship, skill building workshops, and networking opportunities. Our long term goal is to connect, inspire, and ascend the leadership potential at UBC and to make a national change in the diversification of business leaders in the corporate world.
