About Us
Founded in 2007, UBC Kababayan is a student organization that strives to preserve and promote Filipino culture through a variety of school events and community engagement initiatives. Providing our campus an inclusive community for students of all nationalities to explore and learn about the Philippines' rich culture and tradition. KABA is an affiliated student group of the University of British Columbia at the Vancouver campus. KABA welcomes everyone and does not discriminate its membership and events on the basis of age, race, colour, disability, religion, sex, gender, etc.
