November 14th Meeting

On November 28th we will be voting in some proposed changes to our bylaws as well as electing a new Director of PR and Social Media Chair to replace Jacqueline and Stephanie, who will be going on exchange in January.
To prepare for this, at this week's meeting we will be going over some very important information regarding the proposed bylaw changes and the by-election, including procedure and position duties/expectations. The nominations for this by-election will be done differently than they were for the marketing chair election, so it is very important that everyone attends this meeting!
New Members
On Monday's meeting, you will also have the chance to meet our newest puppies; Mochi (pictured) and Skippy!
Mochi and Skippy joined us last week and will be raised by our members Atrina and Alina respectively.
Puppy Wonderland
On the evening of December 2nd in The Great Hall, we will be having our first annual winter gala!
Tickets will go on sale November 14th and will be 25$ for club members and 30$ for the general public. Tickets include a meal, and the event will feature speakers from PADS, drinks, silent auction, raffle, and (obviously) puppies!

Auction/Raffle Items Needed!
At Puppy Wonderland we hope to raise lots of money for PADS, and one of the ways we plan to do this is through a silent auction/raffle. If you have a connection to a business/organization you think might be insterested in providing auction items, please use the "Donation Request Script" to contact them. When you find an item for the auction, please register it in the "Auction Items" document.
As of right now the deadline to confirm raffle items is 10:00am on November 15th and the deadline to confirm auction items is November 26th so please make sure to start looking for items as soon as possible!
