1) Fitness & Outdoor events with free drinks and snacks
For example: Barre, RIDE, SoulCycle, JayBird, Turf, Kayaking, Hikes + overnight trips are in the works!!
2) Health and Wellness Panels - with motivational speakers on various empowering topics such as boundaries, self care, relationships, balance, sexuality etc...
3) Socials - group walks/runs, beach hang outs, coffee chats, swims...
$10 per semester - the membership fee goes towards planning and organizing those events and getting them free or discounted
Our first two events will be free so you can get a taste of SISU
You can participate as much or as little as you desire!
We usually hold 2-3 events per month! We typically aim to hold events during the evenings and weekends as to not interfere with classes
