As the new school year is around the corner we would like to expand our team and we are hiring a Outreach Subcommittee member and a First Year Representative!

  • Outreach Subcommittee

    In this role, you will be working within the Events and Internal portfolios. You will be expected to:

    • Assist the VP Events with booking veneues, footstepping logistics, securing, supplies, decorations, food, equipment, etc.
    • Assist VP Internal in designing the monthly newsletter, responding to direct messages on Instagram/Facebook, and acting as moderator of Discord group
    • Participate in general roles as an executive (attending meeting, helping out at events, etc.)

  • First Year Representative

    In this role, you will be working within the Internal portfolio on engagement for first-year students. You will be expected to:

    • Coordinate marketing strategy for First-Year students in STEM disciplines
    • Collaborate on the monthly newsletter for the mailing list with the marketing team
    • Participate in general roles as an executive (attending meetings, helping out at events, etc.)
